By agreeing to sponsoring The Reckoning Sports Tourism Podcast, sponsors agree to the terms outlined in the selected sponsorship package.

Sponsorship fees must be paid in full upon confirmation of sponsorships. Payments are nonrefundable.

Sponsors are responsible for providing advertisement content in accordance with the specifications outlined by The Reckoning Sports Tourism Podcast. Content must be submitted in a timely manner and adhere to all relevant advertising regulations.

Sponsors grant The Reckoning Sports Tourism Podcast permission to use their logos for promotional purposes related to the podcast. Any additional usage of sponsor logos will require prior written consent.

Sponsors may have the opportunity to participate in podcast episodes, interviews or other promotional activities, as agreed upon in the sponsorship agreement.

In the event that sponsorship needs to be canceled or modified, sponsors must provide written notice to The Reckoning Sports Tourism Podcast at least 14 days prior to the start of the sponsorship term. Cancellation or modification requests received after this deadline may be subject to fees or penalties.

The Reckoning Sports Tourism Podcast and its affiliates are not liable for any damage, losses or injuries incurred by sponsors or their representatives during podcast recordings, events or other promotional activities.

Sponsors agree to indemnify or hold harmless The Reckoning Sports Tourism Podcast, its directors, officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages or liabilities arising our of or related to their sponsorship of the podcast.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Alabama. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Northport, AL.

The terms and conditions of sponsorship may be amended or modified by the mutual agreement between the sponsor and The Reckoning Sports Tourism Podcast in writing.
